Dill Oats Kichadi

Ingredients

  • Dill leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • Whole Moong (Soaked) 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Green chilli 2
  • Garam masala 1 Tbsp
  • Cumin 1 Tsp
  • Mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric pinch
  • Curry leaves
  • Ghee 2 Tbsp

Procedure

"Dill Oats Kichadi " A healthy breakfast or dinner options for those who prefers to consume low calories. 

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste saute for a minutes.

Then add turmeric, chopped ill leaves , vegetables, oats, soaked moong, salt, garam masala and 3 to 4 cup water mix well.

After 3 to 4 whistle turn off the flame and serve hot with little ghee. 

If anyone want you can squeeze little lemon before serving.
