- Salt to taste
- Butter 2 Tbsp
- Corn (Used normal corn) 1 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 Tsp
- Chopped green chilli 1
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Amchoor powder ½ Tsp
- Onion chopped ¼ cup
- Chopped ginger 1 Tsp
- Grated cheese 1/4 cup
- Oregano(Italian mix herbs) 1 Tsp

Mix wheat flour and salt add required water and make a dough like chapathi.
Boil corn in a cooker and grind coarsely.
Take a mixing bowl add grinded corn, onion, fennel seeds, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, amchoor powder, ginger , cheese, oregano and little salt mix well and make a lemon size balls.
Take a wheat flour dough, stuff corn balls in that and roll it like chapathi.
Heat griddle, transfer parotha to tawa and cook both the sides then apply butter and serve hot.
