Choco chips Cookies

  • Refined flour(Maida) 1 cup
  • Baking powder ¼ Tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Butter 3/4 cup
  • Powdered sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla extracts ½ Tsp
  • Milk 2 Tbsp
  • Chocolate chips ½ cup
  • Baking soda pinch


Take butter in a bowl and cream it.

Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla essence. Mix well until it come creamy texture.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda ,  salt and fold into the butter mixture and mix well.

Then add chocolate chips to dough and mix. Freeze for 15 mins to set.Then Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a round cookie.

Cooking in Oven:-

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350 °F/ Gas Mark 4.Place the cookies on the greased baking tray keeping enough distance between each. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and bake in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty five inutes.

Cooking in Pressure Cooker :-

Preheat the cooker for 15 mins, place 1 empty container in cooker, on top of that place greased cookie tray and bake for 40 to 45 mins in medium flame.
