  • Thick Flattened rice 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot ¼ cup
  • Chopped onion ¼ cup
  • Chopped capsicum ¼ cup
  • Chopped tomato ¼ cup
  • Chopped beans ¼ cup
  • Green peas ¼ cup
  • Grated coconut ¼ cup
  • Chopped ginger 1 Tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped potato ¼ cup
  • Green chutney 2 Tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 Tsp
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves


Normally everyone used to prepare gojjavalakki, masala poha, chewda with flattened rice in evening snacks. This is the perfect recipe for the people who fed up with routine taste, and want to taste something innovative. Required Ingredients and making procedure of this recipe, explained here. Wash flattened rice in a bowl, drain water and close the lid, keep a side  for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in pan add garlic and ginger fry for a minutes.

Then add onion stir till onion turns to pink color.

Then add carrot, beans, potato, capsicum and green peas fry till vegetables cook well.

Once vegetables cooked then add tomato fry few minutes.

Then add Green chutney, garam masala, salt to taste and coriander leaves mix and then add washed flattened rice mix well.

Lastly garnish with coconut serve hot.
