Grilled Sandwich

  • Bread slices 8
  • Boiled corn 1
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  • Butter 3 to 4 Tbsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 Tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chutney 2 Tbsp
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced Onion
  • Sliced boiled potato


"Grilled  Sandwich" A delicious Evening snacks and  Kids lunch box recipe. 

Heat little butter in pan, when it started to melt add cumin, ginger garlic paste sauté.

Then add onion and green chilli fry till onion turns to light pink.

Now add garam masala, salt, lemon juice, mashed corn  and coriander leaves mix well.

Now take 1 slice of bread, apply tomato sauce, green  chutney, then put  corn mixture evenly on  top, then put tomato, onion and potato slices, cover it with another slice.

Now heat tawa or Sandwich maker, apply butter and  roast till bread slices turns to golden brown  and serve hot.
