Pav Bhaji Dose

  • For Dose:-
  • Dose rice 2 cup
  • Black gram (Urad dal)1 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 Tsp
  • Rice flour 4 Tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 1 tea Spoon
  • Butter 4 Tbsp
  • For Bhaji :-
  • Boiled potato 3-4
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Butter 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Green chilly 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
  • Pav bhaji powder 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice


"Pav Bhaji dose" it is a very famous and quick snack available on every street corner in mumbai. recipe process and required ingredients explained below, prepare and give the feedback. 

Soak rice, dal and fenugreek seeds for 4-5 hours,then grind and make a fine paste, add salt and  leave the batter overnight or 7-8 hours for fermentation. 

Next day or after 7-8 hours add salt, rice flour to batter and combine without lumps. 

Heat butter in a tawa, once it started to melts add  ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, green chilli and onion saute till tomato cook well. 

Now add chopped capsicum and green peas saute.

Once vegetables cooked well add pavbhaji masala, salt, tomato sauce,  mashed potato and 1/2 cup water to it, mix well and allow it to boil.

Heat griddle and make a dosa, apply butter, now spread pavbhaji evenly on dose, then garnish with chopped raw onion, coriander leaves and little lemon juice, cook it for few minutes, then serve hot.
