Karamani Coconut curry

  • Soaked karamani beans 1 cup
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilly 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Thick coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Rasam powder 1 Tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 1 tsp


Quick and tasty south indian style side dish for rice, roti,chapathi and dose, required ingredients and procedure explained below, try and drop the feedback. 

Pressure cook soaked beans along with little salt.

Take oil in kadai, once it started to heat add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, chopped onion and tomato saute it.

Now add rasam powder, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves and cooked beans combine well. 

Lastly add coconut milk and give a one boil.

Serve with hot rice, chapathi and dose.
