Boil gobi florets and green peas with little salt.
Roast all the ingredients mentioned for grinding and make a fine paste.
Heat ghee in a kadai, then add chopped tomato and fry well.
In this stage add boiled vegetables, masala paste, salt and coriander leaves,combine well and boil for few minutes.
Serve hot with ghee rice.
