Ingredients

  • Gobi florets 1 cup
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato 1
  • Ghee little
  • For Grinding:-
  • Onion (optional) 1
  • Garlic (optional) 6-8 pods
  • Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 Tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1Tsp
  • Byadagi red chilli 4
  • Green chilli 1
  • Cinnamon stick 1 small piece
  • Cloves 4
  • Star Anise (Chakra moggu)1 samll piece
  • Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp

Procedure

"Gobi Matar Korma" a delicious  side dish for Ghee rice.Procedure and ingredients explained below,prepare and post the feedback.

Boil gobi florets and green peas with little salt.

Roast all the ingredients mentioned for grinding and make a fine paste.

Heat ghee in a kadai, then add chopped tomato and fry well.

In this stage add boiled vegetables, masala paste, salt and coriander leaves,combine well and boil for few minutes.

Serve hot with ghee rice.
