Almond Cashew Burfi

  • Almond 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Fine Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Cardamom cloves powder pinch
  • saffron strands 10
  • warm milk 2 Tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup


"Almond Cashew Burfi" one of the tasty and delicious festival sweets, prepare and give the feedback. Happy Diwali to all.

First blend and make a fine powder of almon and cashew nuts.

Take semolina in a pan and fry till light golden brown with little ghee.

Now in a heavy bottom pan, take sugar and water together, allow it to boil.

Once it comes to one thread consistency, add almon and cashew powder, fried semolina, ghee and cardamom powder, combine well and keep stirring it.

When it started to remove from pan, switch of the flame. Pour the mixture to greased plat, once it cooldown make a pieces.
