Instant Jowar Dose

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Jowar flour 2cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger 1/4 Tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1 Tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 Tsp
  • Crushed pepper 1/4 Tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Oil 1 Tsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup


"Instant Jowar Dose" a quick and tasty morning breakfast recipe.

Take a mixing bowl, add jowar flour, rice flour, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin, green chilli, pepper and onion mix with enough water and make a thin batter. (Batter should be in milky consistency).

Heat griddle apply little oil on surface, then sprinkle onion and then shake over batter with the help of hand or big spoon and make a thin dosa. Dosa making procedure similar to neer dosa.  

Apply ghee or oil on top of dosa roast both the sides serve with chutney.
