"Vermicelli Pulao" Easy, Tasty and quick south indian breakfast recipe.
First Wash and cut in cubes of all vegetables like potatoes, capsicum, beans and carrot.
also finely chop onion and tomato.
Grind and make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander together in blender.
Heat little ghee in pan roast vermicelli till golden brown.
Heat remaining ghee in kadai, once it started to melt add cumin seeds and grinded paste sauté for a minutes.
Now add chopped tomato and onion fry till it become smooth.
Then add garam masala powder, turmeric, vegetables, peas and salt mix well.
Now add 3 cup water and allow it to boil.
Once water started to bubbling, add roasted vermicelli, close the lid and allow it to cook.
Once water content absorb and vermicelli cooked well, sqeeze half lemon and garnish with coriander leaves.
