- Cinnamon stick 1 inch. Cardamom 2. Cloves 2
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Pulao powder 1 Tbsp
- Basmati rice 2 cup
- Paneer cubes 1/4 cup
- Salt as required
- Turmeric pinch
- Coconut milk 2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Half Lemon
- Raw Tomato 2

The most popular,easy available and iron rich green leaves r palak or spinach, fenugreek or methi leaves and amaranth leaves etc..If we add these leaves to our diet in any form helpful to rid from anemia. today i prepared using methi leaves as known as fenugreek leaves and prepared tasty, kids favorite lunch box pulao,required iteams and making procedure explained please prepare and stay healthy.
Grind and make a coarse paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli and cilantro together in blender.
Heat ghee in pressure cooker, once it started to melt add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick,cloves, cardamom and grinded paste saute for a minutes.
Now add chopped tomato and onion fry till it become smooth.
Inthis stage add chopped fenugreek leaves saute again.
Now add paneer, pulao powder, salt, turmeric, rice, coconut milk and 2 cup water combine well.
Close the lid, after 2 Whistle turnoff the flame. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then open the lid, add lemon juice mix it carefully and serve hot with raitha.
