Kheer or Payasam is a very rich and delicious dessert or sweet in india, in north india they called "kheer" in south side we used to called "payasam". Payasam is a healthy, easy to make and irresistible taste with devinity.
Peel carrot, then make a cubes and pressure cook along with almonds and cashews.
After cool down make a coarse paste.
Take heavy bottomed kadai add carrot paste, milk, safforn and allow it to cook.
Now add condensed milk, ghee fried raisins and cardamom powder. combine well. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and Serve chill.
