Arbi Curry

  • Boiled arbi 6-8
  • capsicum 1/2
  • Ghee 1 Tbsp
  • Butter 1Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kasuri methi
  • fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • For masala :-
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts 1 Tbsp
  • Almond 6
  • red chilli 3-4
  • Ginger small piece
  • cloves 3
  • Cinnamon sticks 1 small piece
  • sompu 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 Tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 Tsp

Peel the boiled arbi and chop in cubes. chop capsicum.
Grind and make a fine paste of all masala items together. 
Heat ghee in a kadai add capsicum fry till it half cook.
Then add grounded masala fry till raw smell went off.
Now add salt, kasuri methi, arbi and little water as required allow it to boil.
Lastly add fresh cream and butter combined well and serve with chapathi
