Red Millet Schezwan Soup

- Millet flour 2 Tbsp
- Carrot 1
- Gobi florets 3 to 4
- Beans 2 to 3
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Fresh fenugreek leaves ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves
- Butter ½ Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Schezwan sauce/red chills sauce 1 Tsp
- Green peas 2 Tbsp
- Coconut milk ½ cup
- Sugar pinch
- Garlic 2 pods
Wash and finely chop all the vegetables.
Heat butter in pan, add chopped garlic sauté for a minute.
Then add onion fry, when onion turn pink color add tomato fry.
After that add all vegetables, green peas and fenugreek leaves stir for a minutes.
then add 2 to 3 cup of water allow it to boil.
When vegetables are cook well add millet flour, Schezwan sauce, salt and pinch suger.
Once it starts to bubble add coconut milk boil for few minutes.
Lastly garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
