Ingredients

  • Beetroot 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder ¼ Tsp
  • Fresh cream ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion 1

Procedure

Beetroot & Cucumber salad, explained here. Try at your home and give your opinion. 

 

Chop the beetroot and boil with little salt.

Then add chopped cucumber, onion, salt, pepper powder and fresh cream to it.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
