Whole Moong Usali

Ingredients

  • Whole moong 1 cup
  • Green chilli 1
  • Coconut ½ cup
  • Mustard seeds ¼ Tsp
  • Urad dal ½ Tsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 Tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Turmeric pinch

Procedure

Whole Moong Usali, explained here. Try at your home and give your opinion. 

Soak whole moong for 2 to 3 hours, boil it.

Heat pan add oil, then mustard, urad dal, green chilli, hing, curry leaves and turmeric to it.

Then add boiled moong, coconut and salt, mix well.
