Aloo gobi Manchurian

  • Boiled Potatoes 2
  • Gobi florets 1 cup
  • Corn flour 5Tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 Tbsp
  • Maida 2 Tbsp
  • Pepper powder 1 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 Tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 4 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies 2
  • Chopped onion ¼ cup
  • Chopped capsicum ¼ cup
  • Chopped spring onion ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chopped ginger & garlic 1 Table spoon
  • Oil for deep fry


Normally everyone preparing  gobi manchurian, babycorn manchurian ect ect .. "Aloo gobi Manchurian" unique style Manchurian.

  • First mash the boiled potato and add pinch salt & pepper to it mix well make a small balls
  • Take maida, cornflour, rice flour, 1 Tbsp soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt in a bowl prepare a thick batter
  • Wash the gobi florets nicely after that, take aloo balls and stuff gobi in that and dip in prepared batter and deep fry them.
  • Heat oil in pan add ginger garlic, onion, capsicum, green chilli fry well then add soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar fry again then add pinch of salt and fried aloo gobi to it mix well.
  • Dissolve 1 Tbsp of cornflour in water and add to mixture toss, lastly add spring onion and coriander leaves and serve hot with fried rice.
